This is a very old Chinese RPGmaker asset pack, my previous generation use it a lot, now RPGmaker is no longer that popular in China, only very few people knows it, I don't want them to be forgotten, so i decide to post it here for free again.
the INSTALLER of this pack is for RMXP. [DO NOT USE THE IINSTALLER IF YOU USE HIGHER VERSION OF RPGMAKER]. just click the file, you will see Audio/Graphic files,
You can post it anywhere without ask me for permission. it is not mine, it belongs to everyone.

No, I did not create this asset. As I mentioned in the description, this is an RPG Maker pack originally from 66rpg.com, created by members of that community around 20 years ago. You can tell it’s old just by looking at its style—it was made for RMXP.
It was freely available for anyone to download until 66rpg.com transitioned into a visual novel website. Since it was originally a free asset, I don’t see any reason why I can’t share it here.
I understand your concerns, but this was a free resource pack that many people have forgotten over time. I'm simply making it available again for those who still appreciate it. There was never any indication that it was restricted, and it was publicly accessible for years. I don’t see why preserving an old free asset should be an issue.
You are only allowed to use RPG Maker assets if you own the RPG Maker version to which these assets belong. This is software piracy.
Anyone can make RPG Maker resources, whether they use the software or not. The issue is: I seriously doubt they made anything they posted here, which means they do not have the rights to redistribute anything.
No, you don't understand; if you post RPG Maker RTP resources it's piracy; purchasing an RPG Maker gives you the right to use those resources.
